Yes! You can track status of your order when it’s on its way to you.
1) Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a mail with your tracking details.
2) Although Mystic Bazaar do it’s best to meet mentioned delivery timelines, but is not held responsible for delays caused by postal or customs services.
3) If due to any reason you miss your order, in most cases it should be held at your nearest post office (if not otherwise instructed) for a decent period.

1) If your purchase is over your countries tax free threshold, duties and taxes will be payable when your order arrives into your country.
2) Although, in most cases our products will be under this threshold, but it’s a good idea to check this information with your local custom office.
1) Mystic Bazaar takes every possible care to deliver your order in good condition so, in case of any damage item received, it will be replaced upon receipt on the damaged item to our return address.
2) Please note Mystic Bazaar, is not held responsible for any stolen or missing item. Replacement of such item will be organized at our discretion.

1) In case you gave us incorrect address (assuming, by mistake!) and item returns to our postal address, we will re-send your order after checking with you the correct address (of course!). In this case, you will need to cover the cost of postage.
