Returns & Exchange

We are happy to process full refund if you have received damaged or incorrect delivery of your Order. Returns are available on full price and sale items within 30 and 15 days (respectively) of shipping date. Please refer below for more details

    • Please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
    • Fill the Return Form and send the item back within 30 days (full price) and 15 days (sale price) of shipping date in its original condition (see below) to: Mystic Bazaar, PO Box 681, Lindfield, NSW – 2070. Australia
    • We recommend sending return parcels through trackable posts to ensure your parcel returns to us safely.
    • That’s it, track your order and wait for our acknowledgement mail.

    • Proof of purchase – order no. and transaction receipt
    • Items should be in its original (unused) condition – original packaging, tags, additional accessories or attachments, if any, are packed with the product, no visible scratches or defects on the product surface and embellishment or sequins, if present, are not damaged or missing.

    • Return shipping cost will be covered by you.
    • Please note we offer full refund on all purchases however, shipping costs on original purchased (unless its free shipping) is not refundable.

    • We will process refund as soon as possible once we received the item(s). Usually it takes 7-10 working days for your payment provider to process it.
    • Please note refund will be credited your original method of payment only (credit/debit card/ paypal etc).
    • Afterpay Purchases – Once the item(s) are received, any orders made via Afterpay will be refunded and we will cancel any future payments. Please contact us to arrange Afterpay returns

    • You can apply for a refund within 30 days (full price) and 15 days (sale price) of shipping date and following the above method (How can I return?)
    • Please note in this case refund will be credited to purchaser’s original method of payment.  
  • Impulsive buy! You can only if,

    • Your ordered is not dispatched from our end. Please mail us as soon as after placing your order and we will advice on cancellation. Mostly, we are good people here so if it’s not dispatched we will cancel it for you and process the refund!
    • If we can’t cancel your order, we will send you order confirmation mail as standard.
    • Please note, we won’t be able to cancel custom or personalized orders under any given circumstances.

    • Please mail us a clear picture of the item along with your order number within 15 days of receiving the item.
    • If you have received faulty or incorrect delivery we will process refund to your original payment method of payment.
    • Please note faulty or incorrect delivery is defined – if your ordered product differs from its description, is materially different or differs in size, color or quantity
