    • We accept payment via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make the payment and can chose to use your credit or debit card to make the payment.

    • All orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day and if you missed 11am deadline, don’t worry we will post your item the very next business day.
    • We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays in NSW.

    • We offer express shipping on extra charges. Please select express shipping at the time of check out. See our Shipping policy for more details.

    • You can track the status of your order through signing into your account on www.mysticbazaar.com
    • We will also send you the tracking number for the courier on email once your order has been posted.

    Please note if you like something and your country is not listed shoot us an email at care@mysticbazaar.com we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.

  • Sure, you can!

    • Indicate at the time of check out that item is a gift to make sure that price is not included with shipping note.
    • You can send an item as gift to any of the countries listed within shipping destination, just select the destination country you wish to send and then enter recipient address
    • Don’t forget to include special message with your item.
    • If you have any other special request (regarding packaging etc) please contact us and we may arrange it for you.

    • Unfortunately, we don’t ship to either military bases or PO boxes or Freight forwards.

  • We are happy to process full refund if you have received damaged or incorrect delivery of your Order. For more details check our Return Policy

    1. Please mail us at care@mysticbazaar.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. Fill the Return Form and send the item back within 30 days (full price) and 15 days (sale price) of shipping date in its original condition (see Return Policy for details) to:
      Mystic Bazaar, PO Box 681, Lindfield, NSW – 2070. Australia
    3. That’s it, track your order and wait for our acknowledgement mail.
  • Yes, you have to wait through!

    • To place bulk order for any articles please mail us at care@mysticbazaar.com with product code, quantity required and estimated time of delivery. We will get back to you with in one working day.
    • Please note that we are work with selected designers and manufacturers overseas that usually work on small batches at studios rather than a mass production facility. So, we might need extra time to full fill your order in this case.
    • We can provide some customization.  Minimum quantity order is required. Mail us at  care@mysticbazaar.com and we can discuss your requirements.

    • You may opt out of receiving future mailings from Mystic Bazaar at any time.
    • You may also request that we delete any personal information from our customer databases at any time by contacting Mystic Bazaar.
